Re: speeding ticket when i was with the traffic

Sure, you can plead not guilty, and make the cop prove that you were going 70 in a 40. This means a trial. You can do it yourself, or you can hire an attorney.

Being a former traffic court judge this is truly my area of expertise. There are a few options but they depend on where you received the ticket if it was outside of n.y. c. then theres the possibility of plea bargaining. If it is in n.y.c. then a trial is necessary. You may call my office @718-834-0087 to discuss the options if you wish.
