Re: Speeding Ticket - Upstate New York

First, you need to know that, if you are convicted, this ticket carries 2 points in NJ (even though you got it in NY). The wrong driving license number on the ticket does NOT mean you automatically win. To the contrary, this alone is not likely enough to win. If you hire an attorney, you do not have to appear in court. We can go for you to save your time, etc. Feel free to call us a 212@6837373 or visit our website at www.nytrafficticket.com for more valuable information.

Re: Speeding Ticket - Upstate New York

A NY speed will show up on your NJ driving record and count for 2 points. Not sure if the wrong license number will change that - if your name and date of birth are correct they'll probably figure it out.

We handle speeding tickets across upstate NY. Our fees start at $500, and we are often able to get reductions to violations that do not count for points in NJ. In nearly all of our cases our clients do not have to appear in Court.

A NY speeding conviction converts to a 2 point violation in NJ. You may have defenses or a plea bargain opportunity, but I need more specifics before offering an opinion. You may contact my office with that info and I can then better evaluate your situation.
