Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Not stopping fully at a stop all way
The Police Officer accused me from not fully stopping. In my rear view mirror i saw the cop was the third car behind me and it is impossible for him to see the white line. I went to the court hearing and the clerk gives me another date to come because the cop had a conflicting court hearing. Shouldn't the violation be dismissed because the cop didn't come?

At the Traffic Violations Bureau, officers are often given 2 chances to appear. If he doesn't appear next time, then your case will most likely be dismissed. If you do not want to appear, contact us to discuss how we can take care of this matter for you. Matthew Weiss www.nytrafficticket.com
