Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Street Parking -Direction of vehicle
I recently received a parking ticket for parking in the opposite direction of traffic on a two way street. The police ticketed about 25 residents in my apt complex for the same infraction.
This seems ridiculous, is this valid?

Yes it is valid. You parked the wrong way. "Everyone does it" does not make it legal.
Should the police find better things to do with their time (and ours)? Of course. Get your neighbors together and start voting.
