i accidentally gave the wrong ss bc i was looking at the paper i have in my wallet that has both mine and my sisters. (i noticed later on)

Re: Summons of Violation
Is it considered fraud. Maybe. Although you have a resonable explaination, you are right judges hear this stuff all day.
Further the case is a violation, It is not a crime. Hence if asked on a non law enforcement job app if you have ever been convicted of a crime you can safely say no.
TO sharply increase your chances of a good outcome to your criminal matter, hire a Criminal Defense attorney.
Good luck.
Re: Summons of Violation
There is always a permanent record of the incident, and, if this remains only a "violation" (or less) you will not have a "criminal record." Employers may not ask if you have been arrested; it's against the law (unless you're applying for a security job/cop).
Lying to the Officer is another charge, possibly two. You should have this resolved through a defense attorney as soon as possible.
