Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

supporting deposition

I was given 2 tickets in NY for being -unlicensed though I had & have A valid out of state license e I was then told Im being charged with a misdemeanor for failing to respond to previous tickets in NY

(even though I had and have numerous printed responses from the NY MV web site responding and waiting for a court date)

I checked yes for a supporting deposition on the tickets and appearance ticket and asked for it and told I dont get one because I being give a misdemeanor accusatory instument ? Is that fair and legal or are my rights being bypassed

A Lawful true answer anybody?

(Is this site for real ? or a bait and switch type of deal they play you with ? anybody)

Re: supporting deposition

The misdemeanor complaint takes the place of a supporting deposition. It seems you may have some possible defenses to the charges. Because they are misdemeanors, I would suggest that you retain a competent criminal defense attorney to make sure your rights are protected. I handle matters such as yours on a daily basis. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.
