Suspened licence would like to plea bargain
I got pulled over for speeding and had no licence. I got a speeding ticket and AUO in the 3rd. I can not afford a lawyer. Would like to know how to plea bargin or how to go about reducing the tickets if possible.

When you get to the courtroom, plead 'not guilty' and ask to speak with the district attorney. have a good story ready.
Without a lawyer, you will get an offer 'off the menu'. It can be much better than nothing. Good luck.

First, try to clear up the reason the the underlying license was suspended. If that issue is gone, it will be easier to get a plea. Most likely you will get a speed and a suspension, depending on the underlying reason for the suspension in the first plcae.
