ticket not correct
my wife was give two ticket ureggitered motor vehicel and improper plate. o both ticket the officer list the car color as green and the car is black . are the tickets legal

The only information the officer does NOT have to get right is the color of the vehicle.

It really depends upon where the tickets are returnable. If they were parking tickets ,then a pvb alj will rule on the basis of the face of the ticket. If they were returnable at traffic violations bureau then the officer must be present and the color will bear upon his/her credability. Contact my office I will be happy to explain further.
