ticket seatbelt ticket
i am sending my ticket in for no seat belt asking them to reduce it to parking violation do i plea guilty or not guilty?

Pleading not guilty and requesting a hearing is always recommended. Whether the police officer doesn't appear or appears but is willing to reduce or change the type of offense, the driver can benefit by having a hearing.
