Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I was given a ticket for a traffic violated which was passing in a no passing zone but the ticket says Improper passing on the right.I passed on the left. Was wondering if this constitutes a dismissal of the ticket due to Improper File Charged. and exactly what section of the law that would be in the state of New York.

This is a pretty good argument (assuming the cop confirms this information at your trial or hearing). There is a different section of law in the Vehicle and Traffic Law that governs illegally passing on the left (and often it is not even illegal to do so).
