Get a lawyer. YOu have to over turn those tickets and you will probably have to report this fraud to the police and the court. Even though you didn't do anything wrong, it is difficult to undergo that kind of scrutiny alone. If you cannot afford a lawyer, call the local Bar Association or better stil your state Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

I would lodge a complaint with the Enforcement Unit of DMV. They will investigate it. In the interim, you should run your record to make sure that there are no other tickets which have been given out on your license number. Call us if you need help running your record or have any further questions.

You must answer those remaining tickets,failure to do so may result in either a warrant or suspension of your driver's license. At trial the officer must offer some testimony as to how you were identified at the time of the incident. A good attorney can get these charges dismissed through good and thorough cross-examination.
