Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
two tickets
if the time on my tickets are the same, will they get dropped? the same thing happened to a buddy of mine and his got thrown out because he said they were legal documents and you can't write two tickets at the same time. Something about, it takes at least one and a half minutes for one ticket to be written. Thank you.

Re: two tickets
The time on a ticket is for the time of the infraction not filling out the ticket. I do not know how your friend supposedly got two tickets dismissed under the premise you claim but that is not what the law is.
