Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I went to traffic court but I wasn't on the calendar cause my court tickets were never sent to them by the mta police who issued them to me. They tried to have the mta fax them but never did. What happens if those tickets are never sent to the court?

If the tickets never reach the court then the likelihood is they were never processed & you have no legal responsibility. I ,however would keep checking for awhile. These things have a way of turning up. If they do and you fail to keep checking then traffic court will notify you in a rather nasty way that you have failed to respond to a summons. This can be easily corrected. You may contact my office for further info & for a free phone consultation @ 718-834-0087.
