Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

Hi, I am trying to find the law pertaining to Traffic control devices. More specific, The amount of time required by law for a red, yellow and green light. Mainly the yellow. I would think the other 2 vary?? I would also like the proof stating so please. Thank You, All

A properly functioning yellow light stays yellow for between 2 and 3 seconds,this has been established by the contractor ,who is responsible for signal light maintenance I believe the company name is Wellsbach.For more info you may call my office @718-834-0087 to scheduale a consultation.
