Traffic ticket given outside the vechile

Car was stopped in driveway. Outside of car going into home. State trooper pulls in lights flaring and yelling. I have to get back into the car. I refused. Rural area, dark and lonely. Ask him to give me a breathalyzer test to leave me alone. I passed. 7 degrees out. He gives me 2 tickets: dirty license plate and not signaling. Plate had a salt film over it but could still see navy blue letters. My directional does not turn off when I turn the corner. Lived there 7 yrs, town all my life. He was never close to me. He was trying to catch up to me because I was the only one on the road. I am a woman. Does he have the rights to make me get back in the car, if I was able to pull in first driveway I would of been in the house? The only time he was close to me was while I was pulling into the driveway and he was turning onto the road. He is allowed to give me a ticket for no directional when I was in the driveway?

He can give you a ticket for anything he observed you do while you were driving the vehicle that is against the law. Running a Red Light tickets are given all the time based on photos taken weeks before the ticket is sent. Sorry.

The officer is allowed to give you this ticket in your drive way as long as he observed the alleged offense. We can help. Our goal is to make fighting this case as un-complicated as possible.
