Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
No right turn
I made a right turn off a street that apparently had a sign forbidding right turns in the Bronx.
Upon my own further investigation of the intersection. The no right turn sign was apparently vandalized and was not readable.
Do I have grounds to plead not guilty and refute the officer's claim?

Re: No right turn
Yes, definitely plead not guilty. Take photos (from various angles) right away of the vandalized sign and the intersection as a whole. Feel free to call us if you want help fighting this case. You do not have to go to court if you hire us. We can take care of everything. Thx
