Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
It is my understanding that you can not give more than one (1) ticket for an equipment violation in New York. Can you kindly confirm the same? I received two tickets for tinted windows and wanted to know how would I go about having one (1) ticket dropped. Is this something I can do via online pleading?
