Unlawful Posession of Marijuana
I was driving in a car last night with people who were smoking marijuana. We got pulled over for numerous reason and I got charged with unlawful posession of marijuana because I was in the car. What can i do to fight this and get it off my record other than stating I was not smoking?

As long as none of the other passengers own up to the possession,you all are responsible. There may however be legal problems with the car stop. I need more info before offering more advice. You may call my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.

It seems no one owned up to the marijuana..therefore, the law makes you all liable.
If your "friends" all own up and state you had none, it should go away for you.
