Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
Vehical accident.
coming out of a parking lot. moved up to make a right no one near the car. as pulling out slowly a young man. comes out on a bike. car hits the back wheel of the bike. young man is fine. says he's fine. but yells you hit my bike. you hit my bike. youg man is fine. driver again ask are you fine are you hurt reply no.looking at the bike (driver) is fine. man picks up the bike and throws it on the ground and again says you broke my bike. now the driver is upset and angry nervous. and tells him your bike is not broken. and drives off. can any legal action serious legal action be taken against the driver.
