Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
What do these violation codes mean?
I was involved in an auto accident and the driver who hit my car was in violation of the following: 1140.3, 509.1, 512, and 319.1. Can someone please tell me what each of these violation codes represent? I was told by the police officer the driver who hit my car had no license. Thank you very much.
