Re: violent or non-violent?
what it is considered is a D Felony where you can get up to seven years in a state facility.
There are several cases pending in Erie County, New York, one involving a lawyer.
The courts do not like this type of behavour, and the sentencing has become harsh.
I would suggest that you contact a lawyer right away. And remember don't say anything to anybody until you talk to a lawyer.
If you would like to contact me for further help, please feel free to do so.
I am located in Erie County and have more than 35 years experience.
