Re: waiting to long to recover my auto deductible

We like to say that the lawlaw grinds slowly, but finely. It is slow, but the correct results usually occur. However, 9 months is a long time for a mere 500$. How did the insurance company try to recover the money? Because the amount of money is less than 3,000$, this might be best resolved through a small claims case. A small claims case must be filed within 1 year of the event or it can never be filed. You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 west 44 st, ny,ny.
