Re: wrong information on speeding ticket

AS a former Traffic Court Judge I would give you my two answers #1 penmanship is not a defense and#2 if the speed limit is either 55mph or 65mph then 83mph violates either ,it just affects the fine and the points. That being said you may have other defenses or the potential for a very good plea bargain ,if you wish you may call my office @718-834-0087 for a consultation.

Re: wrong information on speeding ticket

While by itself this will not acquit you, you can use that information aggressively to lower the fine and reduce the license points. However, trooper error in writing up the ticket is not the only source of a good defense! You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St., NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first. (646) 591-5786
