Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
wrong ticket information
So I received a speeding violation 55 in a 30 however i went back and checked the road afterwords and the whole road is 35. but the citation says 30. any suggestions on this? thanks

Evan if the limit is 35 then 50 mph still exceeds the limit, that being said depending where the infraction took place there may be a defense. I'm a former Traffic Court Judge ,for more info you may call my office @718-834-0087 and I may be able to help.
