Wrongly written summons
How can i prove a defective summons defense? Wrong color car,wrong state for my license,not describing violation properley?

Re: Wrongly written summons
Introduce the registration for your car or cars. Then swear that it is the only car or cars you own. Then swear you have not driven nor ever driven the car described in the summons.
You might also consider using a lawyer, as he or she might be able to run a background on the car that is described so that you can determine if you know the driver.
