Cancer and Yellow Jaundace

My father died of cancer five teras ago he was service conected for yellow jaundace and my younger bothjer was born with yellow jaundace is the VA took away my fathers claim for the yellow jaundace saying he got well my fahter was also a combat vet in the Korean and world war 2 dying of cancer is their any way my mother can recieve anything due to them cutting him off for benefits and or the cnacer

Did your mother ever file a claim with the VA for widow's benefits? If not, she should do that as soon as possible. There are certain types of cancers that are related to radiation exposure from WW2, or there may be other ways to relate his cause(s) of death to his service such as if his jaundice led to liver problems that may have contributed to his death. She should file a claim as soon as possible and then see if they deny it, then you can go on from there. Good luck.
