getting access to will of deceased

May I get a copy of a will that was probated in New York? And if I can, how do I get a copy? Thank you.

A probated will is available in the Surrogate's Court in the County where the decedent resided upon death.

Arnold is correct. You can go to the Surrogate's office and see it there, or call them and, for a small fee, have them mail you a copy. You will need to know the approximate date of death and probate date.
