adult childrens rights to see a will

- what rights does an adult child have to see a will of a parent when they havent been named as a beneficiary?

child was named as a child of the deceased, all executor rights were left to someone else.

Wills, once probated, are public documents, so anyone can see or get a copy. Simply contact the Surrogate's Office where it was probated. As a natural child, you may have rights to contest the Will that was probated, but you have to act timely, as there is a limited time period to act from the date of probate. There are many basis to contesting a Will so I suggest you contact a good, local estate attorney to assist you. FYI, a child does not have be named Executor, even if the Will is contest-proof.
