How do you go about appointing an Executrix for your estate?

Name that person in your Will. I recommend that you also name one or more successors in case the primary person named has died, cannot serve, resigns or dies in office. If you do not have a Will someone can be appointed (usually political patronage), if there is no close living relative to be appointed.
