Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
If the attorney whom I used to create my will changes firms, do I need to shift the will over to the new firm or am I able to leave it with the firm I created it with, even though my attorney is no longer working with them?

You have full control of what happens to your will. It goes where you say it goes. You are the boss.

I agree, and you should keep everyone involved informed where it is.

You may also hold the will yourself.
