What is an attorney's legal obligation to the primary beneficiary of a revised Will, after the person who dictated the Will has died?

If you are referring to the Estate's attorney, he or she has no special obligations to any beneficiaries of the will. If need be, a beneficiary may hire an attorney to represent his or her interests. If, instead, you are referring to the attorney who drafted the will, there would be no obligation.

I agree with Mike mostly, but feel that the Estate's attorney has an obligation to see the Will is carried out according to its terms.
