Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My aunt passed away over one year ago in New York. She left money in her will to a temple and relatives. The relatives have all been paid but the temple closed it's doors before she died. The temple did not merge with another temple, is simply closed it's doors. What happens with this money?
