Does an adult child beneficiary
who is not the exectutore of the will have a legal right to
have a copy of the will. Younger sister is the executore. Will is currently
in the probate stage.

The will is on file at the probate court. You can go tthere and make a copy.

All people mentioned in the Will have the right to receive a copy. Once probated, the Executor must give notification of the probate. If, for some reason, a copy of the Will is not included with this notice, you can, for a small fee, obtain a copy from the Surrogate's Office where it was probated.

The will should be on file in the Surrogate's Court of the County in which the decedent resided. You can also ask the attorney who sent you the Notice of Probate for a copy.
