What information is required in

writing, if any from a benefitiary on

a living trust will? Not the primary

beneficiary, but others that are

written on a living trust?

Your question is unclear and more information is needed for a reply. In general, little information is needed about the beneficiary if his/her identity is clearly established. Without knowing the contents of the trust, or when it is to be implemented for the beneficiary, any needed information can be gotten when the trust becomes operative.
