Beneficiary Rights

In New York, is a beneficiary entitled to a copy of trust? Situation is parent recently deceased, sister is trustee, and brother has been asking lawyer handling trust for a copy for over 3 months, to no avail. Are they required to provide him copy?

A known beneficiary has the right to receive a copy of the trust document. Refusal to provide the document allows the beneficiary to go to Court to obtain it.
