Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Brother had will and trust changed after father was diagnosed with dementia. He lied to my father telling him that us children wanted to put him in nursing home. We learned this through an exgirlfriend he had when he did this but have not confronted him yet. What should our next step be?

Take a video and written statement from your witness. Speak with his doctor as to your father's competence. Locate the prior will and trust.
