in laws passed away no will wife has 1 brother 1 sister we want to buy house they will how do we go about buying house

Your wife, her sister and her brother, as the sole heirs of thir parents, may sell the home to you and your wife, provided you can agree on the price and the terms.

All three will need to sign the deed.
