Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I was in a car accident and incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of medical bills. Medicare and my supplemental health insurance paid for most of it. I plan to file a lawsuit. If I win my case, and if I am awarded money, will Medicare seek to be reimbursed?
