Any cbild born subsequent to the execution of a will is considered an afterborn and may claim a share of the estate. If you don't want this to occur, you must make a new will.

If you want to disinherit a child, it is best to list them in the Will and either leave them a nominal amount (like $10) or indicate you are naming them to acknowledge them, but are leaving them nothing. Not naming them opens the Will to being contested.
