Is there a standard form for New York? Can I use what some of these online legal form companies offer?

A codicil must be written and executed in the same manner as a will. I have no idea what online legal form companies offer. However, if you do not properly execute the document before 2 disinterested witnesses, it doe not matter what the form states.
