confused about will
my father left all tangible property yo step mother then says all rest residue my property estate real and personal i give to my chilrden.
my question is is the car left to us and is the petion ours.

In NY, an automobile becomes the property of the surviving spouse by operation of law.
I don't know what a "petion" is.
