How to get copy of a Will
Need to get a copy of my mother's Will from my brother who is the Executor of her Estate. I cannot afford attory or legal fees to get copy.

You didn't say whether or not your mother was deceased. If she is not - there is no obligation for either she or the executor to give you a copy of the Will. If she has deceased, then you would have a right to see it upon it's admission to probate. Typically a copy is sent with the Waivers that the executor sends to each heir.
