Correct wording on a will
I have a will that states = ''I give and devise all my right, title and interest that I may own in the cooperative apartment located at ______ to my daughter______. Does this mean that my daugher will be able to sell my apartment?

Your will has no effect while you are living. Upon your death only, the apartment will pass to your daughter. Once it passes to your daughter she may keep it or sell it as she wishes.
