Creation of Trust Medicaid Implications

Hi, if I create a trust will that implicate my Medicaid, Social Security or Section 8?

It depends upon what you or anyone else might be funding it with. If you have limited assets/income and just want to use a trust to avoid probate, there should be no problem. However, if you will be using the trust to not disclose disqualifying income/assets, that may be tantamount to fraud.
