Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Hello my dad and aunt inherited a house (which was to be shared half and half) that was left to them by my grandmother when she had died...my dad has since passed away 6 years ago...where and how in Trinidad can i go about getting a copy of the deed of the house and do my sisters and i (who live abroad) has any rights to my fathers share of the house.

Was the house conveyed by deed to your father and aunt? You and your sister may be entitled to you father's share.

If the house is in Trinidad you should use a lawyer there.
