Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Dad has a 2 family house. I'm the executor of my dad house, however my son owns50% 2 other sibblings own 25% each. The roof has just caved in, and basement sewer has backed up, and

really molded. Even tho I don't own any part of this house...can I sell this house on my position

being an executor, just got my testimentary papers, the 3 sibblings won't cooperrate to sell this house

but it's falling down. Also can I hire legal aid to help me in some final closure in this house. I hired a

lawyer but can no longer afford him, so I lety him go. Can a legal aid lawyer help me ?

And how do I register the deed to this house, I mean get a new deed registered, I live in brooklyn, ny

Thank you kindly. Oh by the way..the deed to tghe house was lost, what should I do ?
