regards to my daughter

my daughter was in a car accident 15 years ago. she walk away with 5,000 and has increase to a large amount. i have full custoday of her, can my ex husband get his hands on it if he isnt on the court papers

my daughter went there with me to see if she can get some of her money out, they told her no.. cause she needs an non drives linese. so we said ok and left citibank. right now the money is in my care in trust of her.

I assume that your daughter is under the age of 18 years. Therefore, the answer is no since you are the custodian of the account.
