Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Dear Sirs;ma'am, i have a question pertaining a subpoena i recieved asking for my testimony in a case which i have already provided previously with both the plaintiffs attourney and the defendants attourney were both present for and recorded. My question is do i have to appear, and if so can i pled the fifth ammendmant right?

You have to appear. If your testimony will be deemed an admission of a crime, then you would have to right to not answer those specific questions.

I suggest that you telephone the attorney that issued the subpoena and ask if you have to appear.
