At the death of the grantor, do the grantees of a family trust have a legal right to review the trust? (The grantees are not trustees)

I agree that only the beneficiaries have this right, unless someone raises an issue and litigates it.
I am presuming that something happens when the Grantor dies - either the trust is terminated or it continues as previously or as provided for upon the death of the Grantor.
