deceased father in will

my father is named in my grandfathers will and I am wondering if I have any rights to his inheritance.

It depends on the language in the Will. However, if the Will says something to the effect - "If any of my children predecease me and are survived by issue who are alive at the time of my death, such issue shall take the share of their deceased parent by right of representation per stirpes," then you would be entitled to a share of the estate.
